Definition of Text in Multimedia:

Text is a human-readable sequence of characters and the words they form that can be encoded into computer-readable formats such as ASCII.


Sans have small decorative curls or quirks on the ends of some of the strokes that make up the characters. Sans serif does not have these details.



Explanation of Changes:

The first 15 seconds of this song, I changed the pitch to a higher note and for the last 15 seconds of the song I changed the pitch to a lower note.


Definition of Audio:

Audio is sound within the hearing range available to humans.



Graphics: the technology that deals with designs and pictures on computers.


Morphing: The gradual transforming of one image into another.



Animation / Video


Animation: It is the creation of moving images using computer technology.

Video: The moving images that are seen in a recording or broadcast.

Interactivity's Importance in Multimedia: 

The importance of Interactivity in multimedia is the dialog between both the human and the computer program. This dialog is what makes the program so compatible between the human and computer. Word processors and spreadsheet applications work so well with the human controlling because of interactivity and how it works. Without human interaction programs such as compilers continue without human contact, this can chew up battery on a laptop for example or potentially overheat a computer.


Defintion of Interactivity:

Interactivity is the communication or conversation between the human being controlling the computer and the computer program.
